Francisation program from the Ministry of Immigration
Our school offers you French courses to learn French quickly and to facilitate your integration in the Quebec society. Our program is subsidized by the Québec government and is part of the Linguistic Integration Program for Immigrants.
Our courses are offered part-time.
Our French courses
As our main teaching material, we use “Agir pour interagir”, a didactic material created by the Ministry. Other textbooks, such as « Québec atout » and « Textuellement vôtre » are also used in support, to provide additional exercises.
Our teachers frequently use interactive and multimedia elements (audio, video, animations) to promote active learning.
Our French courses are FREE for the following groups:
- Your place of birth is outside Canada;
- You are 16 or older;
- You live in Québec.
If you are working or studying temporarily in Québec, you can register for full-time or part-time French courses offered by the Gouvernement du Québec.
If you are studying temporarily in Québec, you must be registered in a study program recognized by the Government of Canada. This study program should be your primary occupation. When your registration in your main program is confirmed, you can register for francization services in Québec.
Since July 1, 2021
- Admissible immigrants taking a part-time French course are entitled to financial assistance of $26 per day of training, a first!
